2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you access the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address) to deliver the page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, performant operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Server Log Files
On each access, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, and browser/device information. This data serves security and stability and is not merged with other data sources (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Web Analytics: Google Analytics 4

Data may be transferred to Google in the USA (safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Newsletter
For the newsletter we process your email address. Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: you first receive a confirmation email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us; your withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
